I have deleted this account from hosts and services and now it again shows 0
i have sent cgi.cfg as PM
if needed, we can make a session

Does your cgi.cfg contain those ... or did you remove the other contacts from it to sanitize it?
If it contains those ... and doesn't have any other users, edit a user in Admin > Manage Users and then just click the Update Settings button and it should update the cgi.cfg file.

Yes, i have anonymized user names..it includes user X, me, nagiosadmin and other users
this conversation really gets long in terms of time. we have time zone difference. each q/a takes a day..
i can take a system profile and you can study it if we make a session..

Let's get a ticket opened for this issue and attach a profile, and then we can set up a remote session. Tickets are private between you and the support team, so you can attach files without having to send them in a private message.
