Hello @Tx243

Thanks for following up, looks like we will want to loop through things after using the Bulk Mod tool.

CCM > Tools > Bulk Modifications Tool > Remove Contact > Select your contact from the drop-down menu > Find Relationships > Check All (for hosts and services) > Save Changes > Apply Configuration

Then hit up the
Core Configuration Manager (CCM) ==> Config File Management ==> [Delete Files] ==> [Write Files] ==> [Verify Files]
*: Core Configuration Manager (CCM) ==> Under Quick Tools ==> "Apply Configuration"
*: Restart nagios.service by terminal command: systemctl restart nagios

systemctl restart nagios
verify that the host and services look good and verify that there are no errors in core by:
/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -vvv /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
Let us know how things look,
Perry

Doesn't look like I have access to the Bulk Modification tool, gives me a standard vs enterprise issue.

Hello @Tx243

Appears that the system option for License Activation is not enabled. You can check on this in the web console:
Admin, then under the [System Config] menu in the left-hand menus go to > [License Information] > License Options
Enterprise Features:
Reviewing I do not see config for: '/usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts/B1F1EngX44012.cfg' listed in the 'System Profile'.
Error: Contact <username> is not defind anywhere
Could no add contact <username> to host (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts/B1F1EngX44012.cfg', starting on line 16)
Want to have you re-create the "B1F1EngX44012.cfg' and the "missing contact" and then Apply Config. Please let us know the results.

Thanks,
Perry
