Hi,
Thanks for sending that over, I'm going through the files right now, and I will follow up shortly.

Hi,
I was able to copy over the configs and nagvis files, and edit the graphs. However, it is still configured to not use the default backend. Please set up to use the default nagiosxi backend as suggested and re-start the Apache webs server afterwords.
Also, remove the old cache files from the new server, the are the
cache-defs files from this folder
/usr/local/nagvis/var.
And remove the following cached configuration file.
Let us know if it is working for you now.

I am sorry, but this didn't help again.
I did this and still same issue:
nagiosxi backend settings in Web GUI
Code: Select all
rm -rf /usr/local/nagvis/var/
mkdir -p /usr/local/nagvis/var/tmpl/compile/usr/local/nagvis/share/userfiles/templates/
mkdir -p /usr/local/nagvis/var/tmpl/cache/
chown -R apache. /usr/local/nagvis/var/tmpl
service httpd restart

Hi,
What about the nagvis.ini.php file, did you replace that with the stock default file posted in an earlier thread?
Let's try a simple test to make sure the database is working correctly. Try to create a new basic map to see if that works and you can access the objects. There's a possibility the database was not migrated properly here.

Hi,
There's a chance the data did not get carried over properly, perhaps due to table settings.
Were you able to create a test map on the new server? When you check the statuses in the XI interface and Nagvis, do the objects match?
Let us know and we'll determine the next best steps here.
