Ok, lets try this once more. Replace the utils-servers.inc.php file once more with the attached file.

Can you try manually deleting the server with the query, and then try the add->delete test once more? If the server was deleted in a previous attempt from the UI it will still show up in the Tactical Summary.

Yes, That is how I tested everytime. I tried again right now by removing all servers first. Still no luck
I think I am good for now as I am not going to remove or add the XI from fusion frequently and I can use the query to manually remove the servers if needed.

Ok, I could be losing my mind this week, so I'll rerun some local tests a bit more and see if I can still recreate the bug.
