Go to the Core Config Manager->Alerting->Contacts, click on the "Download" button, save the "contacts.cfg" file and e-mail it to us at [email protected], so that we can review it. This will open a new support ticket in our system, and we will continue our communication via email. Thank you!

Actually all of the contacts will be in the "contacts.cfg" file (you don't have to look for multiple files). All you need to do is to click on the "Download" button, save the file, and send it to us.
