I would recommend checking the version of the switch wizard that you have and seeing if there is an update available. We recently had an update put out for that wizard to correct some snmp issues, and it is possible that this may correct your issue. If this doesn't correct the issue, I believe the next best step would be to open a case with Nagios Support for more directed troubleshooting.

Aruba switch monitoring - bandwidth in rrd says NaN
Re: Aruba switch monitoring - bandwidth in rrd says NaN
Hi,
I'm up to date with the wizards, but to test this one last time I added the switch again and nothing improved.
Unless you have better suggestions, please close this one.
I must say, that being an enterprise customer for years I'm pretty disappointed, I even didn't get any response over here (which I thought would be a channel for paid support):

Hi @jacek, apologies on the lack of resolution via the forum here. I see that you bumped the thread a couple of times and we were slow to respond. We talked about it in our standup today and looked at a process improvement to work to prevent this going forward.
Regarding paid support, I contacted the support team and the link you provided appears to be for a different issue from two years ago, and no other tickets have been put in since as far as they can see. Also it looks like we were the last to post on that ticket. So I am not sure how to reconcile your statement and their report.
In any case, as you do have support tickets available, you are likely best served using one of those on this issue. The support team tells me they will make contact with you and help you get a ticket going.
Thanks,
Aaron
