So that's a good question but it really depends upon where the script failed as to whether or not the installation can be salvaged. Generally speaking if you have a good snapshot it's best to start with a clean image.
Based on what I am seeing in the logs should probably start with a fresh image and ensure your system has full access to the Internet before running the installation. The installation process is going to pull packages from a number of sources and you can restrict access after the installation is complete.
