next question. on both systems, look at /usr/local/nagioslogserver/opensearch/config/opensearch.yml

what is in the network.publish_host and discovery.seed_hosts entries?

The NagiosLogServer 2026R1 corrected the Waiting for Database Startup problem. I was able to successfully install it on the primary and secondary instance. The web GUI properly launches for both the primary and secondary instance. And the primary node correctly shows two instances in the cluster. I had no success with any of the NagiosLogServer 2024R2 versions.
