What version of Nagios XI are you using, and what browser are you viewing it with?

Version: Virtual Image download and installed on 12 december
Browser: Any ( tested with Firefox, Safari, Chrom*, IE )

After resizing the dashlet, if you leave the page and come back, does the dashlet resize?
Can you make sure you have the latest version of the graph explorer component?

Upgraded the component and now I can resize in width but not in height

At the moment I can't seem to recreate this in any browser, tested in IE, Chrome, and FF, and it seems to work fine in all of them. Since it's a javascript issue, I might suggest clearing your JS cache, and also right-clicking and selecting reload, which should grab a fresh set of web files instead of the cached versions.

Can access the Admin->Manage Components page and show a screenshot of the Graph Explorer component? We need to verify that you have the latest version that can resize height.

The image's proportions must stay the same, otherwise the image would get distorted. You can make it only so wide or so tall, depending on your original image type (portrait or landscape). In any case, you can resize it and it will "stick" - you just need to refresh the page.
