For what you would like to do, this web-inject the best option to use. There may be others such as the Web Transaction Wizard, or Check Multiple Website. However I don't believe either will provide quite the same functionality that you are looking for. Web-Inject GUI, is a perl module that you may find useful for a gui interface.
