Can you please post your nagios.cfg file here.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

This line tells us that NDO is being used:

broker_module=/usr/local/nagios/bin/ndomod.o config_file=/usr/local/nagios/etc/ndomod.cfg
What is the output of these commands:

service --status-all
find /etc/ -name ndo*
