I think upgrading to the latest version of XI will take care of that PHP notice. When you access the Notifications page, how many "Total Records" does your report have?

I will upgrade now and check again.

The report has 17 Total Records.

I'm now on version 2012R1.5, but the problem still exists.

Hmm, what user are you viewing this report with? What level of permissions does your user have? (Can this user see all hosts and services, or only some?).

My account has full admin privileges and can see all hosts and services.

ockmeyer,

I think I have found a bug, but need to confirm.

Can you try this, instead of typing the host in the search field, can you select the host from the Host: dropdown and see if you get the same results.

On the Notifications page there is only the option to enter the name in the search field. No drop-down is available.

I was able to recreate the issue. It seems it is a bug. Our lead developer will be looking into this, and we will be getting back to you as soon as we find a possible solution to this problem.
