Is your server registered with RHEL? Does it have routs to the correct repo's and servers?

No

You will have to properly register the RHEL server so you have access to external repo's such as "yum".

Now I have this problem: I have tried in this CLI command:
[root@nagios libexec]# /usr/bin/perl ./check_esx3.pl -H xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -u root -p "password" -l cpu -s usage -w 80 -c 90

and I got this answer:
/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/perl5/auto/Class/MethodMaker/MethodMaker.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Tstack_sp_ptr

Did you ever resolve your repo issue and reinstall the necessary packages?
