You may need to check the system time as well:

Also, make sure to restart httpd when you change the php.ini timezone:

Have you thought about upgrading? There are a number of bugs in 2011r3.2 that were fixed throughout the 2012 releases.

You may want to look at upgrading to the current version "2012 1.6" as was the solution to the same issue in another thread yesterday:

I'm trying to upgrade version of Nagios XI with the dedicated procedure but when i run "./update" file, i have a lot of error concerning download of elements on mirror.
It is normal because my nagios server does not have access to internet.

Do you know if it is a problem ?
If it is, do you know a offline method to upgrade nagios ?

Other question : Have I to update version after version or I can update directly to the latest-version (as described in official procedure) ?
If I have to upgarde one by one, i don't know where I can find the intermediate version :(

Running the upgrade script will immediately bring you to the latest version of Nagios XI.
