Have you tried browsing to your XI system by name after the hosts changes suggested by Scott?

but its working fine with NAT IP http://172.29....../nagiosxi

Where are you getting this error? If you're getting this in the browser then it's most likely an issue with your internal DNS.

Can you access the Admin->System Profile page and send us the downloaded profile content?

hi,

i am clearly explaining you,

we are having one dedicated server for nagios in remote location its having both physical ip and service ip.

we are accessing this nagios application in another remote location through natted ip.

in our physical machine all reports are working fine.

in our second remote location we accesing through nat ip to generate reports . we cannot able to generated availability report in pdf.

rest of the reports like alert histogram , top alert producers are able to take in pdf....


we already send you the logs, profiles etc.

we hope this is issue regarding time out to access the physical server while generating report.

pls suggest from your end. this is high priority issue.. pls address..

Try upping your php memory, execution time and timeout settings in php.ini. Follow the steps in the FAQ:
