What happens if you enable them from the XI "details" interface? (click the green checks) Do they stay enabled?

They don't. It says command completed successfully but they don't change at all.

Could you, please, send us your latest configuration snapshot to
[email protected]. Include the name of the service that you are having issues with, and put "Re: template inheritance issue, and a few other issues" in the Subject of your email. Thank you!
