Addon Addresses for XI Users

Thanks for the suggestions. It may be easier use a new XI contact for each email address, although at this point it would also be significant effort to apply the new contacts to the correct hosts and services.
I've spent some time chasing this, so if you have a suggestion box I think your documentation about XI Users and Contacts should mention this limitation about the Addon Addresses. I also have to say it seems I got a different answer today than I did in another thread:
