As this post is already 11 pages long with a few different issues at hand, can I close it out and suggest that you open a new one for any individual questions you may need help with?
Generally, we like to keep threads contained to one issue per, that way it's easier for all of us to work through them.

I'm actually going to step in and make this call myself. We'll be more than happy to continue in a new thread with any new issues.
