Would you be opposed to sending us a private message or email with web and shell access to your XI server so we can take a closer look at this? We may not be able to get to it today, but we'd try to take a look at it first thing next week.

Found the cause of the problem, but it's going to take a little bit of research to figure out how to fix it. Details sent in the PM, and we'll post the solution once we get the actual fix first thing next week.

We tested a code patch on your machine that seems to have fixed the issue, let us know immediately if you're having any unpredictable results in XI and we'll take another look at it. The results of our findings and the code fix (which has been applied on your box) are posted in the FAQ below.
