Our lead developer sent an email with an update on this, can you send us an update on if this is working for you or not?

I sent a reply to the xisupport list about an hour ago, the fix didn't help.

Thanks for the reply. We apologize for the delayed response, we're in the process of moving our office at the moment.
Would you be available to do a remote session sometime next week so that we could further investigate this issue?
