Were you restoring a backup made by running the backup procedure?
http://library.nagios.com/library/produ ... -nagios-xi

Also, after restoring the backup can you run the following to make sure we don't have DB corruption

Code: Select all

tail /var/log/mysqld.log

Follow the steps, outlined on our wiki page here:

and post the "reconfig.txt" and "cmd.txt" files for a review.

Thanks lmiltchev,
Nice to meet you again, scottwilkerson :)

Many thanks you all, Nagios Supporter, follow your instrucstions, i found the problem with my NagiosXi server. This problem is caused by me :D

It looks like this:
Error: Service check command 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' specified in service 'yyyyyyyyyyyyyy' for host 'zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz' not defined anywhere!

And i fixed this problem successfully. Now, i upgraded to nagiosxi version of 2.4b successfully.
This topic take you all lost a long time with me for support. I am really sorry about this and appreciate about your supports!

Again, thanks you all very much!
