I don't believe that you really can remove an ACK from a problem once it has been ack'd and cause messages to send out again.
is that what you are saying ? FYI if i click on Remove ACK then it will sent me again email. (see image). it is the same service which i posted here earlier it is still in critical
Switching between warning, critical, and unknown without a recovery to OK, will not cause any change in length down, retry checks, or notifications. They are all considered a down state and will stay keep most of the same settings and flags, only switching to OK will reset them.
what will happen in below scenario ..??
OK state email sent
WARNING state email sent and ACK with stick session(which is by default) and persistent comment
CRITICAL state email sent and ACK with stick session(which is by default) and persistent comment
in above case if
1. the service goes to warning from Critical will it send email again
2. if the services recovers to OK and then again it goes to Warning will it send email

1. the service goes to warning from Critical will it send email again
Notifications won't be sent - the service needs to recover from the non-OK state.
2. if the services recovers to OK and then again it goes to Warning will it send email
Yes, an alert will be sent.

Yes, I believe the above statements would hold true under these circumstances.

Notifications won't be sent - the service needs to recover from the non-OK state.
this is what is happening to some services which are changing state between critical and warning. PFA in attachment Last Notification shows Never where as i have received email of this service last month shouldn't it showing date of that like the others services show
Also what does this means when viewing services in Nagios Core
Last Notification: N/A (notification 3) the notification number is different for some services.

I do notice you have acknowledgements on the service. These could be blocking future notifications. Does this check change to warning or ok HARD?

As abrist previously outlined, the images above show acknowledgements which will stop notifications from actually being sent.
