Huh? As previously stated, that totally depends on your network, and what you want it to alert you at... We can only tell you this so many ways, you currently have the following:

Warning = 30000ms RTA, or 1% packet loss

Critical = 100000ms RTA, or 2% packet loss


You will need to account for your network's normal behavior, which in this case, looks like quite a bit of packet loss. You may also want to increase the number of packets.
