1 minute, is about normal if you happen to restart just before the cron that checks for those files, and then it has to wait and check again once daemons are started at the next cron interval ~1min. Did you happen to switch to 2014r1.4, thats when I noticed huge scheduling changes, and it should be mostly flat now.

Yeah, sorry, thought that would be assumed

2014r1.4 all all is well with performance now for 36 hours.
