I configured the application of the remote server to be integrated with nagios and net-snmp also installed on this server, but the application does not send trap to nagios.
the attached includes the configuration file for traps of the application, also the attached has snmp.log which includes the last traps that this production sent but not sent to nagios.

That is not an snmpd configuration, and looks like a specific internal application. I can't really help configuring external third part applications, as that is outside the scope of support. At this point if that system is sending via snmpd and not through your application, I would suggest speaking with the vendor on troubleshooting your application. Traps are clearly working on the nagios system, it seems it's just configuration on your remote system.
