Do you have support with us? If so, can you email [email protected] so that we can set up a remote session?

Have you had a quickstart yet? We offer a free 1-hour session for potential customers to help get things working. You can visit the following link to register:

http://www.nagios.com/download-nagios-network-analyzer

Just fill in your information and someone should be in contact with you regarding a quickstart.

We've checked a few things here on the forums and are not exactly sure what is going on, which is why I suggested the quickstart. It will let us get hands-on with the server and maybe see why you are getting the "No data found" error.

I installed Nagios NA in my test lab, at my home. I have Cisco 2811. At the start I do not got any information (Bandwidht graph and TOP 5), after, I changed time zone, I got Bandwidth Graph, but with out TOP 5 IP. After that I last time change time zone, and clock, and I lost all my data (Bandwidth graph).

What I must to do after clean installation of NAgios NA ?

1. Change time zone in /etc/localtime
2. Change time in /etc/sysconfig/clock
3. Change timezone in /etc/php.ini
4. Something else ???? What ???

I will tomorrow set NTP in production, I try to fix my problem...grrrr P

my config on home 2811 router
Fa0/0
Des OUT
ip flow ingerss
ipflow egress
fa0/1
Des IN
ip flow ingerss
ipflow egress

ip flow-export soursce fa0/1
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-export destination 192.168.100.6 9996

In Summary, I can see ....

No Data Available
There is no data available for the currently selected time period.

Does your web client's workstation time match the server's time? Were services restarted after fixing the timezone issues?

Hi all,
I also once have this problem in the past. But there a trick in making the Top 5 talker appear. Cause there is a time different between your nagios NA server and your cisco router. So let say i staying in Singapore this is my cisco router time
Showtime.png
For my Nagios NA i type the command clock and this will appear
NagiosNATime.png
U must match the timing of both the server and your cisco router.
In cisco WORD command is the UTC timing so i setting my WORD as +8 and my nagios i change the timing to the SGT timing. then all appear and the graph is also set the timing i wanted. there some guide around teaching you about setting the NA timing. you Must always set the timing same as your server and the PHP server.

AND sorry for my poor english .... Hope you understand if not just PM me hahaha.
