I don't have a copy of our official support contract on me (might have to contact Sales for that) but here's my answer:
All of our own software is covered by our support contract if you have paid for support for that product. Certain third-party software we can help with, and since NSClient is used quite often by our software we are familiar with its syntax. We will try our best to get it working for you, though if there are bugs in the software we have to wait on the developer to fix them. That being said, I can't say one way or another if that falls under our support, but personally I would be surprised if anyone didn't help with it. There is of course a limit to how much we can support a third-party product, but we do what we can.
