Unfortunately, we will have to keep troubleshooting this on the forum. I didn't know that you don't have (haven't renewed your) email support. I just found this out.
That's why your emails were not going through...

Can you run the following command and show us the output:

Code: Select all

grep <username> /usr/local/nagios/etc/cgi.cfg
where you substitute <username> with the actual username of the "problem" user.
