Which way did you upgrade the XI system? Manually from the command line or through the Web interface?
Can you upload the upgrade.log files so we can review them?
It can be located in these 2 locations.

i have now tried with 5.2.3 with the same error. attached is the upgrade.log. the same error occures manually/gui.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I see that a ticket has been created for this issue, I will close this thread out so that we can continue there.
