Hi!

Thanks for the help wih this topic and support with the erros i have still some issues with this upgrade but will go thru the errors in verify one e by one.But its really time for same upgrade with the prod server We like to take your help with remote assistans on this one, how can i contact you through the email ticketing system I have some detail questions how this work and so on?

I have one error i get in verify now i dont understand, see below. I have a have a host called _ and its member of hostgroup network devices and member of template xiwizard_website_host, see attached file the config of this host.



Error: Could not find a service matching host name '_' and description 'Internet Access - Reaching google.com' (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/servicegroups.cfg', starting on line 16)
Error: Could not find a service matching host name 'localhost' and description 'Testing_eventhandlers' (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/servicedependencies.cfg', starting on line 16)
Error: Could not expand master service(s) (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/servicedependencies.cfg', starting at line 16)

These errors can be handled during a remote session. To open a new support ticket in our email ticketing system, email us at [email protected]. Type "Upgrade XI 2012R1.7" in the subject field, and include a URL link to this post in the email's body. Thank you!

OK, i have send you and email to the support address.

I had some questions to you in the mail , i miss to inform that the remote session help we want is to upgrade our production server 2012 R1 to 5.2.3

Look forward to your reply :)

Another thing is, i have successfully get the verify passed now on the test upgrade.
