I also added that to the ssl.conf file on my test Nagios XI system and getting the same error.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Please replace your nagiosxi.conf with the one attached and restart HTTPD:
nagiosxi.conf

service httpd restart

Sorry, that one will work for HTTPS but this should be the way it's setup.
