So it looks like I am getting a couple of traps from switches on the new server but I see nothing from one of the routers.

Is the router setup with SNMPv3 and is it using the same credentials as the other devices?
Are the in the Unconfigured Objects in the XI interface?
Are there any errors in the snmptt daemon's log files located in the /var/log/snmptt folder?
Let us know what you find out.

I rebuilt the machine from scratch and everything seems to be working now. I followed the same guide so my guess is there was something low level that was dorked up.
