What version of NSClient++ are you running? It could be related to a SSL key, but I would think that the error would be different. As we did not write NSClient++, it's hard to say. Also, what version of Windows are you running?

From a powershell window on the Windows machine, can you run get-process | findstr 'nscp' and post the result for us to look at? Also, from an elevated command prompt please run netstat -anb and post the full output as well.

I want to go back to this. You uploaded an nsclient.ini file however my questions is to check if there is a NSC.ini file in the same directory? It's very important that you look for this specific file.

If NSC.ini also exists, then it sounds like the new version is still referencing the old file.

I would:

Uninstall any versions of NSClient++ through Add/Remove Programs
Delete these directories if they exist:
"C:\Program Files\NSClient++"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\NSClient++"
Then install NSClient++ from scratch.

I did and the same, invalid password when I tests it on my nagios server.

Please completely uninstall NSClient++, and then attempt to communicate with the system using check_nt or check_nrpe. Does it still say invalid password? There may be a ghost process hiding somewhere, or an installation in a different directory.

Can you post the exact command you are using to perform this test.

Was this after doing what I mentioned above? There is nothing that explains what's going on, which is why we need to have you completely uninstall, and then try.
