If you follow the post from the begging you will see the issue and word documents attachments where I have all required screens. In summary, the issue is that I do not see all the 13 hosts on the "Top Sources and Types". We are communicating back and force and I still do not understand the reason.

The ticket was received. We will handle this issue in the email ticket moving forward.
