Hi Triep,
Can you please tell me that when can i expect the solution as the customer is facing the issue since last 3 months and we tried everything we can. I need to give them some timeline on when it will get resolved.

The next major release of Nagios XI is scheduled for July 2017 and hopefully is will be fixed in that release.

Thanks for all your support. Is it possible to provide solution for this issue little early because customer is getting panic as they need to do lot of manual work which is time consuming for them.

The Metrics component is going to be re-written in one of the future versions of Nagios XI. Our developers haven't determined yet in which one. It all depends on the priority of the current projects, and the length of our TODO list. I would suggest that you check our Product Roadmaps once in a while, in order to learn of the future developments.
