Has this bug been fixed?
It appears I'm having the same issue. Local accounts are working but AD accounts are not.

No, it hasn't been fixed yet. I expect it to be fixed in the next release of Nagios Fusion. The bug fixes and added functionality are listed in the change log. You can view it here:
