I mean run through this process:

Then, click on "Service Detail" from the home page (aka
http://YOURSERVER/nagiosxi/includes/com ... w=services ...make sure you use the actual server address though). Search for the service. Force a check if need be, but please send the output the full UI gives you. The whole screen would be great so that we can see that you are in the right location.

More specifically in your case, go to
http://10.215.201.171:25000/nagiosxi/in ... pe=service and set up the service. Then, go to
http://10.215.201.171:25000/nagiosxi/in ... w=services and see what the output of the service is.
Earlier in the thread (on page 1), you sent a screen shot of the host status. I'll want to see a similar screenshot this time, but for service status.
Additionally, you have some things in your profile we should address, namely, multiple kernel queues. I don't want to confuse this thread more though, so I'll let you open a new ticket about that.
