I noticed the following error this morning form the postgres log:

ERROR: relation "xi_notifications" does not exist
ERROR: relation "xi_notifications" does not exist
LOG: unexpected EOF on client connection
LOG: unexpected EOF on client connection
ERROR: relation "xi_notifications" does not exist
LOG: unexpected EOF on client connection

What version of XI are you currently running?

Oh wait, you told me already. 1.2 I believe this table has been removed in newer releases of XI because it is no longer used. So there might still be some scripts that reference it. It might be wise to look at upgrading to the latest stable release 2011R1.9.
