is spinning up a fresh machine, and doing a backup + restore an option for you? may be cleaner and faster at this point.
Exactly! When I restoring backup on freshinstall it is become as on my screenshots

So spinning up a new machine with backup & restore didn't work either? correct?
I'm not entirely sure, but is RC Servers & Sandboxes Servers the only ones having issues when you click on the services list you mentioned before?
Or is it still the same with other servers?

just those two hosts. All other hosts and their services displaying normally

There's more than one way, but the easiest way is going to be to treat the failing XI server as a Core server and follow
