is there a way to force my newly created filter to work on logfiles created before I implemented the newly created filter?
That is If I create a new filter today, I want it to work on logfiles that were sent to NLS from say a month ago.
This isn't really possible

ITS WORKING PERFECTLY!

Guy,s check this out.I was talking to a friend at work and she was saying that when there is a problem with Vidyo, its her job to figure out what went wrong. The problem she said, is that in order to do her job, she has to contact a number of other people from different departments to search their logs and format their findings and send them to her in excel then she has to sort thru the data to get what she needs.

I said "Wait a minute, all the data you need is gained from log files?....GIRL have I got good news for you!

Fast forward to today.
Thanks to your help I the workload of three separate departments in my company have been streamlined and improved.
So I wholeheartedly say THANKS fellas!
