I found another Service Check that isn't sending out notifications to the ServerSupportContact group.

Can I PM you another system profile so you can take a look?

Never mind, I found the problem.

So is there still an outstanding issue here or is it resolved?

Original problem still stands. Waiting until you give me the green light to disable the copied Service Check you told me to make.

I'll reach out to cdienger and see if he needs any additional info and if you're okay to disable the coped service check.

Did the new service send followup emails?

Yes, the new service is working as intended. It sent the 24 hour follow up email this morning.

I might let it go for another day or two just to see if it sends the others.
