Error when running Oracle Query

Hi,
You can close the post : solved by the nagios support team.
Summary of the fix :

The fix was changing the value in /usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/configwizards/oracle/oracle to point to the proper 12.2 directory. We attempted to take other steps but those appear to have been unnecessary for this case. The additional steps included:

reinstalling the oracle client
rerunning the ./oracleinstall.sh script

any changes(such as moving files to test) have been reverted except now /usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/configwizards/oracle/oracle points to the proper directory.
