Re: nagios false alarams

What I wanted to find out is if timeouts (false alarms) were still happening or this was an intermittent issue, caused by a glitch on your network.

When you say:
there is no single packet drop in ping.
does it mean the issue is no longer present?

If you are still having this issue, I would recommend that you open a support ticket via our support center:

https://support.nagios.com/tickets/

We may need to schedule a remote session to further troubleshoot the issue.
