There may be a stuck temporary file preventing the repair from completing properly. Go to the following directory.
Code: Select all
cd /var/lib/mysql/nagios
# then run a listing
ls -l
If there is a .TMM or .TMD file, remove it and then run the command below again.

mysqlcheck -f -r -u root -pnagiosxi --use-frm --all-databases

Are you able to connect with your admins to get root access to the server to check this? You have to run the database repair script as root user to work properly.
