Hope you have having a good day!!
I looked at your "fstab" files (both machines) and from the "mount" command, looks like you have not setup a shared filesystem (like NFS or CIFS) to be mounted on both of your LogServers.
The "/usr/local/nagioslogserver" filesystem you were trying to used is a local filesystem on both of your logServer machines, which is why you were not able to create the Snapshot_Repository in the GUI.
In Nagios Log Server, when creating a Snapshot Repository it requires that the location MUST be a shared filesystem accessible to all data instances in the cluster, otherwise snapshots or restoration can fail.
