Same here, still waiting on whatever "fix" is supposed to be implemented by the end of the year.

Hello,
I am on 2026R1.1 and the "Configure Users" button appears to be unresponsive. The tenant has about 15k users, and I am using "individual Users" tab and trying to create a new XI user. I am getting a pop up notifying me that the user has been configured successfully, but the user does not appear in the "Manage Users" list and I see no errors in nagios logs
If I have 2 instances of nagiosxi, do they each need their own app registration in Azure? Or can I just add both Redirect URIs (callback URLs) to a single app registration?

Hi @wneville,
Can you post the contents of /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/sso_integration.log? Are you sure you were configuring them to new users?
You can add multiple redirect URIs to the same app registration under the authentication tab to allow multiple XIs to use the same registration.

I updated today and was able to see the updated SSO interface and started adding my team using the individual's section. The first few worked just find, including myself. I had one user have issues as he got a "must reset password" prompt. When I went to look at his account, the UI had associated him with a local account (I chose new when adding him) that we use for Pager Duty integration (pdagent). I tried to change it back to new and it keeps associating him with this same account. I then tried to add another user and it did the same thing. In Manage Users I see our pdagent account showing as "local & SSO" when this happens. I can set these SSO accounts to no user and the local pdagent account goes back to just "local". The UI will not let me assign them as a new account and keeps re-associating them with the local "pdagent" account.

The log is empty, please advise if this logging needs to be enabled somewhere:
ll /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/sso*
-rw-rw-r-- 1 apache nagios 0 Dec 16 15:33 /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/sso_integration.log

Is there an open thread for enhancements for this integration? I would love to be able to add users without Nagios Core restarting every time I click "Configure User"

You can post things like that here on the forum and request that we make an issue for them and we'll file those internally.
