Yep, that was a bug.
Here is a fixed version of the Graph Explorer, upload through Admin -> Manage Components

how do we upgrade highchart tool ? how do we know current version of highcharts installed. ?

Zaji, all of the packages Nagios XI uses are updated once they have been tested and verified to work properly with the other components. These updates are added to the changelog for the most part.
