Hi,
This morning, I created two hosts and 5 services/hosts.
After having configuration applied, I noticed that the new hosts and services are not visible in hosts/services details.
Furthermore, it seems that no more hosts/services are checked since yesterday 6 pm french time (the end time of the Nagiosxi support remote session).
I restarted the stop/kill all cron/start crond but nothing has changed.
Everything is green in "XI System Component Status"

Lets try the following and see if the issue resolves itself.

killall -9 nagios
service ndo2db restart
service nagios start
Did you create this new objects using a wizard, or the CCM?
If you used the CCM, can you verify that these configs are labeled "Active"?

Hi,
I applied your commands and now the checks work.
For information : I added new objects by creating new cfg files, importing it and apply configuration.
I think the configuration have been applied but the problem came from the checks, now it's ok.
Now I've got 2 other problems :
The beginning of the two problems is Friday, at the end of your intervention (same beginning than the problem on checks).
1) 83 Services in unknwown state, same type of service : CPU usage.
That pollutes my checks.
Status information :
UNKNOWN - Permission denied when trying to store the state data. Sometimes this happens if you have been testing the plugin from the command line as a different user to the Nagio process user. You will need to change the permissions on the file or remove
2) 1 service in critical state, type = Bandwidth
Status information : Return code of 13 is out of bounds

Can you go to CCM -> Services -> Search "CPU usage"
If you look at the items displayed, do any of them have a Hostgroup applied under "Manage Hostgroups" ?
