How about 9:30am CST as we get in at 9:00am and need to square away a few things beforehand?

Re: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that error
I apologize I was just reminded of an all day appointment tomorrow and I will be out of the office. I will be back on Wednesday though at that same time.
Re: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that error
ok, no problem i guess I have to wait until tomorrow even though this issue is very serious to me because this nagios machine is in production.

Re: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that error
You have an error in your configuration that needs to be fixed before restarting Nagios. See our FAQ on how to troubleshoot a problem like this:

Re: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that error
There is nothing in the upgrade that will cause an error in the configuration files. It's purely in error in the monitoring configuration. Please read the FAQ above on how to troubleshoot the error as it is a necessary skill for making configuration changes to the Nagios monitoring environment. If you need help with this you can send us the configuration snapshot (both the text file and the tar.gz file) and we will help you find the error.
As far as the two times that you are seeing, we've tried to explain several times that your web server is either not synced with the correct time, or your timezone settings are not specified correctly in your /etc/php.ini file. See previous posts on this thread on how to fix both.

Re: Sorry Dave, I can't let you do that error
Look, I have followed all your recommendations and steps and still I am not getting this issue resolved. Perhaps, you don't know what you doing or saying as a support person. I have been working in this issue for a week now, which means that this is a very serious and you should be doing whatever it take to solving your customers issue. Again I did not have this issue until YOU told me to UPGRADE. So, who's fault is that?
