Any update guys? In the last week I have offloaded the DB and cleaned up a lot of config but I am still getting timeouts in npcd, the perfdata spool just keeps growing and there are still gaps in my graphs.

Ben,
Lets move you into the ticket system so that we can schedule a remote session. Send an email to [email protected] from one of your registered email accounts and we will move to a remote as soon as possible.
